At Santa Fe Epoxy Creations LLC, every floor is installed with precision, pride, and long-term performance in mind. Since each project is customized and completed with permanent materials, our services are non-refundable once the work has begun. However, we stand firmly behind our quality — and we make things right if there’s ever a problem.
No Refunds on Completed Services
Due to the custom nature of our epoxy coatings and preparation work, we do not offer refunds once the materials are applied and the service is completed.
Our team conducts a detailed walk-through before beginning any job, ensuring the surface, design, and expectations are agreed upon. Once the installation process begins, materials are mixed and permanently bonded to your surface — making reversal impossible.
Project Cancellations
You may cancel a booked service up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or do not provide access to the site upon arrival, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and material loss.
Please notify us as early as possible to avoid disruption fees or delays in rescheduling.
Exchanges or Adjustments (Before Installation)
If you change your mind about the flake color, coating system, or finish, please notify us before we begin surface preparation. We are happy to accommodate design changes, provided materials have not yet been mixed or ordered.
Once materials are custom-mixed or the project begins, changes may require additional charges to cover labor and product restocking (if possible).
Warranty Claims
We offer a lifetime warranty on select floor systems for issues related to workmanship or material failure under normal use.
If your coating peels, cracks, or shows unexpected defects due to our installation or materials, we will assess the problem and repair or recoat the area at no cost to you, as covered by the warranty terms.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, neglect, environmental disasters, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines is not covered under warranty.
Communication Is Key
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not happy with the results, please reach out within 7 days of project completion so we can evaluate and offer solutions. We care deeply about the outcome — and we’ll always try to find a reasonable resolution.
